When you interact with Guru Zippy, our AI Tutor, your queries and the lesson context are processed to provide educational assistance. We do not use your personal chat history for advertising. Interaction logs are used strictly to improve the educational accuracy of the AI and to provide a consistent learning experience across your sessions.
YesBee Academy allows parents to create and manage multiple learner profiles under a single account. Parents have full visibility into the progress and certificates of each profile. We prioritize the safety of young learners and do not allow any public social interaction between student profiles. All data is securely siloed and manageable through the primary Parent Dashboard.
When you join an institution or study group on YesBee Academy (e.g., via a college invite code), you explicitly consent to sharing your profile information (Name, Email) and learning data (Course Progress, Cards Completed, Certificates) with the administrators and designated faculty of that institution. For institutional users, the Institution acts as the Data Controller, and YesBee Academy acts purely as the Data Processor. Any requests for data deletion or access should be directed to your institution.
YesBee Academy provides the platform infrastructure for institutions to grant course access to their students. However, we do not mediate disputes between students and their institutions. Institutions retain the right to revoke student access at any time. If an institution revokes your access to a course, YesBee Academy is not financially or legally liable for any loss of service or content.
Bulk institutional licenses purchased via our Bulk Access program are final and non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds or prorated credits for unused capacity or seats. Access to bulk courses is contingent upon successful clearance of payment obligations.
